Great place in a great location. 10 min walk to the train station. Parking included in front of the building. The host was very nice and informative.

Spacious apartament, equipped with everything you might need. Very close to the train station.

The construction of the building makes all noise from the neighbours audible (and vice versa).

6-7 minute walk from the railway station. A few minutes away from bus and tram stop which get you to Venice or all over Mestre in 15-20 minutes. Restaurants nearby, a cinema, a theatre and a shop. Located next to a small park which also has some attractions for kids.

Outside temperature was dropping to 5C and it was a bit chilly but after a few hours the air conditioners managed to heat the rooms to an acceptable temperature for sleeping. At least the blankets were warm and thick so you could snuck under and stay warm.

The rooms are spacious

Very clean, have all necessities for travelers

The location was close to the train station and Jessica explained how to get to Venice and about the Ferry upon arrival. The rooms were comfortable and Jessica was a very gracious hostess.

Parking while available was difficult. The spot is inadequate for larger vehicle and when larger I mean Fiat station wagon.

The location is very good, the metro for going to Venice is very close, clean and all kinds of kitchen utensils are available

The area where the house is located did not feel very safe, the absence of a living room can be a problem for families to stay for a long time
