Apartment Nice Venice

The location to bus stop & metro station within a few blocks. our host Jessica was outstanding with all the valued information on Venice regarding transportation schedules & locations, city maps, contact info, shops, & personal recommendations. The apartment was very clean & well stocked with amenities.

couldn’t find anything - it was perfect

The apartment is located very close to the train station so getting to and back to Venice would take us about 20 minutes considering 10 were spent in the train. It is quiet and spacious, with everything you would expect and need. The host was waiting for us and provided ample information about getting to and around Venice, as well as guiding us towards supermarkets and restaurants near the apartment.

We got scolded by a downstairs neighbor about the noise (we travelled with our 3 year old son who is about as noisy as you would expect, but never extremely early or very late). I would have liked to have a notice that we should keep quiet and we would have most likely searched for another place to stay. It would get pretty cold in the apartment and we were advised to use air conditioning to increase the temperature which was a bit unusual and loud during the night. An elevator would have helped, but considering it's just one story up, it was ok.

Very friendly and helpful host, the aparrment was clean, nice bedrooms, parking in front of the apartment. Location is great to visit Venice. There is even a small park for little kids in front of the apartment.

Everything was even better than expected, the apartment has everything you could possibly need, and even more. The apartment is close to the train station and in a quiet neighborhood. And free parking is available just outside the apartment! The host is so nice and helpful, really kind girl! I recommend this apartment to everyone!
