Laura was an EXCEPTIONAL host- available within moments to offer recommendations or clarify anything we had questions about. Atrani is to Amalfi like Brooklyn is to Manhattan- very near the hustle & bustle, but far less chaotic. Apartment is centrally located in the town square, so restaurants/ coffee shop/ sundries store all within a stone’s throw of each other. Reaching Atrani from Amalfi on foot is just a quick walk thru the pedestrian tunnel, cross over the street at the arch of Bar Zacceria Ristorante then follow the steps/walkway down. The cathedral bells ringing every 15 minutes (1 extra chime for 15, 2 extra chimes for 30, 3 extra chimes for 45) just added charm to the town.🥰

Wonderful view of the local public square from the bedroom balcony! Really love the high ceilings too! This town has more locals and less tourists, so less crowded. But, you are only a beautiful 10 minute walk to the bigger city of Amalfi which has all the stores and shops to enjoy.

The shower is SMALL- like 32" square- you literally cannot bend over - not enough room. I would still go back but you should know how small it is. Also, one small light over stove is it- the kitchen lighting is real bad- barely enough light to see what you are cutting or even what is in the sink. Still, I would go back again. But I wish we would have know this stuff before we booked it. And honestly, I would NOT use her parking guy either, he literally doubled our 6 day parking fee when we went to pay - rip off!

The property was nice but definitely not suitable for 4 people. Unfortunately everything in the town closed the day after we arrived so we didn’t get to experience the restaurants. This wasn’t mentioned to us at the time of booking.

The property wasn’t as clean as expected and the bathroom is in desperate need of repair! The additional 2 beds are just camp beds on a mezzanine floor with steep steps up. Not really suitable for adults or children, we could not stand up straight due to the roof height. Even though the town was closed, the noise outside kept us awake. Overall we were pretty disappointed with our stay and didn’t get to experience the hospitality of the host as per previous reviews.
