Amazing location, really clean

We stayed for two nights and overall the experience was decent. Communication was excellent – we received clear instructions for check-in, and every time we needed something, the response was immediate. The location is great, very close to Piazza del Duomo with the iconic elephant statue. We personally found the area to be quiet and convenient.

The room is very small and poorly ventilated. Despite the use of dehumidifiers, there was a noticeable smell of dampness. For stays longer than two nights, the space could feel quite stuffy and cramped due to its closed layout and limited size.

The location is in the historic old town, which was charming. The host was also very nice.

The door was extremely tight, you really had to push hard to open it. The bed was very soft, which made it uncomfortable for me. A continuous water dripping sound from the washroom and the street disturbed my sleep. The washroom door was also very tight. I felt a lack of oxygen and experienced a sense of suffocation in the apartment.

Very tiny room but good for overnight stay. Quiet. Easy to get in.

Quite moist, but with AC on and opened window it was ok. Drain wasn't working well in the shower.

The location of the apartment is perfect! The Cathedral, Via Etna and a bunch of good restaurants and bars are within a 5 minute walk.

The apartments thermal insulation wasn’t the best.

Easy access to the property, the host provided all the necessary information, the place is newly renovated and kept in extremely good conditions, location is right in the middle of everything. No issues of any kind during the stay.
