Everything!!

Lovely space in the apartment, very clean and brilliant location, easy to get everywhere. Really liked the fact that there is a selection of wine you can have a bottle for a very reasonable 6 euros and leave the money when you leave. Bottle of water in fridge on arrival, plus coffee and tea, salt, sugar in the cupboard. There were plenty of toiletries to use in the bathroom, washing up liquid etc also available, thoughtful touches to make your stay easy. Host really helpful with great communication before and during our stay. We really enjoyed the flat and would recommend it to others.

It is not so much that I did not like the terrace but it is small and can just fit a table for 2, not much sun but it is adequate space to sit and eat if there are only 2 of you. We used it a lot and there is a clothes airer to dry clothes on. There is no air con in the smaller bedroom and although a fan is provided, it still was very hot in there.

Location was excellent and apartment had everything we needed

Giusy our host was very amicable and we met her at her place of work just next to the place, she handed the keys and made sure we saw all the facilities the apartment had to offer. Prior to our arrival she also was kind enough to propose different parking options as it can be difficult to park in/near Ortigia. The place is clean and has all you need for your stay. The location is great to enjoy Ortigia and Syracuse altogether as everything is at walkable distance, there are plenty of shops, restaurants and sights nearby.

The water definitely has a weird smell which can be a bit disgusting but this has to do with the sewer system rather than the place itself. The apartment is a tad bit small but its central location makes up for it.

The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The host was very nice and responded promptly to questions and issues. There was heavy rain during our stay and there was a small leak in the ceiling. We notified the host and quick response. One of the windows was not closing properly. It was fixed promptly. The building Is quiet and neighbours are friendly. Great location close to the market and Via Roma.

The washing machine for washing clothes was very useful.

I would have liked a few more items in the kitchen, such as a medium sized saucepan, & a toaster. The tiny oven seemed ineffective.
