A very cosy apartment in the heart of the old town. It's a walking distance from the bus station and perfect for exploring the town on foot. I would definitely recommend it! Special thanks to the lovely and helpful host Giusy.

The location was perfect as it was in a quiet street in the heart of Ortigia near all the sites and amenities. All the places of interest were in easy walking distance. The host, Giusy, was very kind and helpful and makes you feel at home.

Lovely Giusy meet us and supplied everything we needed. Spacy apartment with a terrace, easy to cook, gather around the table and access everywhere in town. Central, comfy and clean.

Everything was perfect.

Giusy met us outside the property and showed us around. We had coffee in place we could use.

Small bedroom was a little small for two but clean and tidy

Excellent central location. Would be difficult to find without the help of the owner. Flat very well equipped with kitchen tools, such as a kettle, coffee maker, microwave, oven etc. Air conditioning was useful even in October.

Stairs up to first floor quite challenging for elderly visitors. Maybe the bedding could be updated. Otherwise could not fault it.

The location (St Thomas church from XII.century just opposite!) and the comfort was perfect. As some previous customers have said, I could feel like at home from the very first moment. I was sorry to stay only 2 nights and 1 whole day (that I spent outside) - I did not have time to enjoy fully being inside. The apartment had everything that I needed. And the communication with Giusy was smooth (and in English - I appreciate this!) - I was coming later than I had expected (plane delay) and the host sent me some calming messages.

One thing that surprised me a bit - but I guess this can be a standard when you do not fit into checking in hours. I was coming after 22.00 (check in until 18.00) - it was not a problem for the host but I have to pay 25 euros. (I was informed beforehand that I should be prepared to pay on arrival). I just think it is quite a lot. Anyway, the apartment was worth it, since everything else was great.
