die Sanitären Einrichtungen lassen doch sehr zu wünschen übrig - seien es die Abläufe, die Dusche, die Badewanne - doch alles sehr dürftig und schlecht.

La zona silenziosa e appartata ma a due passi dalle vie principali di passeggio . Casa spaziosa e con più ambienti su due piani.

Nulla di grave ma raccomanderei solo di pulire bene i filtri degli split/ fan coil di riscaldamento/ raffreddamento poiché impolverati e chi è allergico come me se ne accorge subito appena si mettono in azione. Un pochino di muffa sui muri in bagno.

All in all a pleasant stay. The house is in a nice neighbourhood, approx 10 minutes easy walk to all the main streets. A bit noisy at night from the cafe that is under the house, but the AC works, and the noise is gone once you close the doors. The house itself is comfy and spacious. The host was kind enough to let us in early (via key code) and responded to our massages very quickly.

The beds are a bit short, not good if you are taller than 185cm. The two bathrooms had bides, which is excelent but the standing shower in one bathroom is so small it becomes difficult and annoying to take a shower. The kitchen is usable, but could use some upgrade.

We loved the lay out, the central location and the piazza outside in the early hours of the morning. Most of the mornings, we woke up to bird song. The apartment felt spacious, and it is comfortable and well-appointed. The beds are comfortable and it was lovely to relax on the two sofas in the light living room after being out all day walking.

The small kitchen and the two very worn bathrooms. There was a noisy nightclub at the weekend, from late Thursday night through to the early hours of Sunday AM with extremely loud music and shouting in the neighbouring building. The activity was just below one of the bedrooms and the people spilled out from the bar onto the piazza under the two balconies and outside the front door of the house. The vibrations from the loud Techno and Disco music went through the floor and reverberated through the walls.

The location is central and the apartment is very spacious. We had everything we needed and the hosts communication was excellent. Easy self check in, comprehensive instructions for air-con use, hot water, clean sheets and towels. We didn’t use the kitchen so I can’t comment further but overall the property was lovely and we had a nice stay.

The apartment itself is very good and in a lovely location which is perfect during the week. On Friday and Saturday a bar opens directly under the apartment and plays very loud music, so sleeping is a challenge for sleep sensitive individuals but that’s beyond the control of the lovely owners and this charming property.

The apartment is perfect for a visit and closely to the main tourist streets, the cathedral and local markets. It’s located at a quiet square where on school days the local kids hang out. We stayed there one week which was great to see the city. The apartment itself is very spacious with 2 floors, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and the whole place as air conditioning The bathrooms do needs some minor adjustments to make it even better. There are even two balconies and a rooftop terrace. Conclusion: The price is very nice for this place.

Palermo is a big noisy city so don’t expect it’s quiet all the time. In the weekends there is a bar with music next door with a terrace on the square right underneath the apartment. After 01.00 it’s all quiet again
