San Teodoro Apartment

Very spacious apartment for our family of 5. The room sizes are very generous. Claudio provided very clear instructions and very good information about Venice and the surrounding area. Although some of the furniture is dated, the apartment itself has been renovated and is quite modern. Located within east access of Venice, the tram stop is about 5 minutes walk and from there an 8minute tram ride into Venice. Claudio was an awesome host, he came to meet us when we arrived and was there early in the morning to give us back the deposit. I would recommend this place.

Supermarkets close quite early, 7:30, so if you are arriving late, just keep that in minds and do your shopping first.

The host is very gentle and always answers very quickly. The apartment is well located, in a very quiet area, near to a supermarket and to a tram stop to the center of Venice. The apartment was very big, comfortable, very well equipped, and very clean. I recommend it.

The property was a little old fashioned but that should not take away from all its good points. It was 100m from the tram stop to go to either Mestre or straight into Venice. Maybe not the most attractive location but you don’t go to Venice to sit in the house. It was clean, well stocked with stuff for cooking ( oil, salt etc. ) and cooking implements. Claudio was very accommodating and met us early at the apartment as our flight was in before lunchtime. And met us promptly on our departure day to return our deposit. Would we stay again?….Definitely 😃

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, and there is always a parking space. It is in a great location for exploring Venice. Special praise for the host, who is very helpful. I recommend the apartment to families, especially those traveling by car.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The host was very welcoming and helpful, arranging a transfer back to the airport at reasonable cost. Venice is a 15-minute easy tram ride away.

Kitchen could have been better equipped.
