The host picked us up from the airport, which was fantastic after a long flight. Fantastic location to go to Venice and the University (10 min walk via walking/cycling paths). Very quiet and lots of green spaces/parks around. The flat is super clean and has all you need. The kids loved the garden. The host kindly remained available throughout the week in case of the need.

no wifi, no washing machine, but I should have checked before.

very clean, comfy and spacious apartment, with two balconies and little garden, from where Venice could be reached by tram only in 3 stops.the apartment is equipped with heating. no internet for digital detox (but we have mobile traffic within EU) very friendly, punctual and helpful host Claudio, who offers transfers from the airport. for your journey, i could recommend Venezia Unica card for museums (s. offer for families) and, especially for families with little kids, daily transport passes incl.vaporettos.

maybe a washing machine could make sense...

"A lovely aprtment with great location and the best host"

The apartment had all the needed facilities, was very clean and comfy. Location is also great, 15 min travel to touristic part of Venice. The host was very kind and helpful during our whole stay.

We had a great time at San Teodoro place! Lovley apartment with everything you need! Claudio Giubbilo is grat host and there when you need him! We had problem with car but host halped to us! Would absolutely recommend to stay there! Venezia see you soon 🤗

A lot of space. The apartments has two bedrooms and a living room. The place is close to airport and to Venice at the same time. Everything is clean and in a good conditions.

The only thing that was not good enough is water pressure in the shower. Not a big deal

everything was good. the location was peaceful and serene. transport was very easy.

it could be better if there was a WI-FI connection
