Easy communication and flexible self check-in. The apartment was very clean and spacious with a good location, walking distance to everything.

Close to center. clean and functional. coffee machine (and everything you need in the kitchen if you are preparing food). owner on phone was nice and ready to help. easy check-in/out.

can be noisy at peak hours. no lift. i was lucky someone from our group could carry my luggage.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk to the Sassi. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a 2-night stay. The "online" check-in process was simple and time-saving and the communication with the owner was very good.

There was nothing at all to complain about, the apartment fulfilled all our requirements.

location was good and it was clean

we were traveling with an elderly parent and could not leave the apartment with the key because the apartment needs key to run electricity. so we could not go to dinner or out at night because there is no way back in and she would have been sleeping and could not let us in. owner was not helpful in this situation Suggest to have extra set of keys for this type of situation.

The apartment is very big, close to the sassi, with all the facilities for long stay.

The air-condition is quite noisy. We were in September so didn't need to use it.

Location is excellent, apartment was very clean & arrival/access to the building and apartment itself easy. we were 2 couples and found the rooms spacious & beds very comfortable.
