Very clean and modern apartment (even though the block was slightly dated). The balcony was very peaceful, given its central location and the view over the Bay of Naples was wonderful.

It would be good to label the bins for recycling. The book made it sound quite complicated, when in fact it was very similar to the UK. Some labels (with images) on each bin would make it easier to use.

Amazing views from the balcony across the Bay of Naples to Vesuvius with a view through the buildings to sunset over Capri. Clean, comfortable, spacious accommodation. Excellent location ten minutes from the station. We were met in person by a representative of the rental agency who gave us local recommendations and dealt very promptly with one minor issue during our stay.

The view from the terraces is worth millions. The apartment is close to the train station, but it's about a 15-20 minute walk to the walking street. We started eating at places near the apartment but found better food options around the walking street. You don’t need to pay to use the pool – just tell the lifeguard you're staying at Casa Madrids. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff was very helpful, always responding quickly to our messages. The only downside was that the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it when we first arrived at the apartment.

Andrea was a great communicator and was very responsive to our questions.

The place is spacious and has about everything you need except plates for food. Great view and good restaurants close by.

The shower is tight for anyone that is larger than a teen aged girl.
