A very good welcome by Silvio and Eleonara. Lots of information about the apartment with good advice on how to visit nearby attractions. Apartment was roomy, clean, comfortable, quiet and in a great location a short walk from the main Catania attractions. The area that the apartment is in has within a 5 minute walk supermarkets and great restaurants. This does mean that it is in a developing residential area but this was not an issue. The hosts even left us some food to get us started on our stay. Highly recommended!

The best apartment i ever rented. Superb hosts and very comfortable and quite apartment.

The first floor apartment was tastefully decorated and very well-equipped. The hosts had thought of everything and it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location was excellent in terms of its proximity to Via Etnea, bars and restaurants, and the Metro at Stesicoro (also the Alibus to the airport when we left). There's a basic supermarket a few door down for provisions, but the hosts included a number of items too. They showed us around the apartment and had gone to the trouble of translating everything we needed to know as they didn't speak English, and they checked in with us later in the day to make sure we didn't need anything.

Nothing to do with the apartment itself, which was perfect - the building it's in is quite unprepossessing from the outside, there's a fair amount of traffic as there's a parking lot opposite plus on-street parking and it's not the smartest of streets - but we didn't feel unsafe.

Location,cleanliness and the house itself was amazing. They left us water in the fridge and breakfast stuff for the morning. The hosts are really nice and responsive. I would recommend this house to everyone

Exceptionally clean and modern. Incredibly nice, friendly and helpful hosts. Strong shower with plenty of hot water.

The apartment is just great - very spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It has everything you need to feel at home. The two bedrooms are cozy, with super comfortable beds and pillows. Each one has a balcony but the view outside is not very picturesque so we didn't use them. Unfortunately it is quite nosy from the street in front so it's difficult to sleep with open window but it doesn't depend on the host. And with closed windows/blinds everything is ok. The public parking just in front of the building is very convenient and reasonably priced (9 Euro for the night 18-9 h.) but keep in mind that during the day (9:30-18 h.) is quite full. You can park on the street in front as well (it's a paid parking zone with working hours and prices according to the attached photo with Bulgarian translation). The apartment is very close to the city center and just 5 min. walk from the main shopping street and from the large market for fruit, fish, clothes, etc. You can find a lot of coffees, bars, restaurants and supermarkets near by. And the hosts are just fantastic. Silvio and Eleonora are extremely kind and helpful. They respond very fast and you can count on them if you need something or you have questions. We are grateful to them. Definitely recommend this place.
