Good location. Very clean. Spacious but not quite a spacious as it looks in the photos

No hot water on the second day. This is apparently managed by the building rather than the owner. TV options could be better. No through air flow so felt stuffy when we arrived.

La limpieza, la ubicación y todos los servicios del apartamento eran excelentes, la atención y la comunicación con Alexandra, la dueña del apartamento, fueron muy buenas, todos los datos de acceso y su atención, estuvo pendiente en todo momento de nosotros haciendo la estancia muy agradable.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία κοντά στο ιστορικό κέντρο και στο σιδηροδρομικο σταθμό. Εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Ζεστό νερό όλη την ημέρα. Η Alessandra πολύ καλή στην επικοινωνία άμεση και εξυπηρετική. Μας βοήθησε ιδιαίτερα με βρεφικο εξοπλισμό και περίμενε υπομονετικά για late check in , λογω καθυστέρησης στην πτήση μας. Αν ξαναβρεθούμε Μπολόνια θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε

Κάποιες λεπτομέρειες .. Ήταν αρκετά ζεστό και δεν γινόταν να ρυθμιστεί η θερμοκρασία Είναι κάποιες λεπτομέρειες που θα το έκαναν πιο λειτουργικό όπως πχ γάντζοι στο μπανιο για πετσέτες και ένα ράφι για προσωπικά καλλυντικά . Για λογους υγιεινής καλο θα ήταν να παρείχε το καταλυμα ατομικά σαμπουαν και αφρόλουτρα Ενώ έχει ασανσέρ, έχει8 σκαλια στην είσοδο που το καθιστούν αβολο για καρότσια.

Die Lage des sauberenAppartements war fantastisch; ins Stadtzentrum sind es knapp 20 Minuten. Die Vermieterin war mit Restauranttipps sehr hilfreich. Besonders empfehlenswert ist die Tratoria di Roberta, die ebenfalls zu Fuss erreichbar war. Ganz in der Nähe des App gab es mehrere preiswertige Frühstückbars

Gute und geschmackvolle Ausstattung, praktische Raumaufteilung, elektrische außenjalousien zum verdunkeln, schöne große Dusche, bequemes Bett

The property was clean, quiet and secure. It had everything we needed for our stay and the host was very nice. It is on the second floor with lift access. It was in a great location, only a 10 minute walk to the train station and a 10 minute walk to the main attractions. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
