Location, cleanliness, comfortable bed, friendly reception from Sergio who also provided a taxi service from the train and to the airport.

Although noted on the booking site (15sm), in actuality the room is very cramped, nowhere to sit comfortably other than on the bed and the bathroom was so tiny you step from the very small shower cubicle onto the toilet. It is certainly not accommodation for someone who is physically big. There is nowhere other than the bed to put your suitcase.

We stayed 2 nights in a double room and it was fantastic. The location is perfect - the Cathedral and castle are just a few footsteps away. The building is over 1300 years old and looks exactly like the photos. Our room was very small but was very comfortable, quiet, and has everything you need. The stairway to the rooms are steep and narrow so not suitable if you have mobility issues. Sergio (son of the owner) took amazing care of us. He provided assistance with transportation and dining recommendations.

Bardzo oryginalny i klimatyczny apartament, wyposażony w suszarkę do włosów, klimatyzację, talerze, sztućce, czajnik, herbatę, kawę, francuski balkon na wewnętrzny dziedziniec. Łazienka malutka ale poza łazienką są jeszcze dwie umywalki ukryte w szafie. Wejście po dość stromych, wąskich, drewnianych i kamiennych schodach jak dla nas genialne 🤩 to dodatkowa atrakcja. Całość idealnie pasuje do klimatu Włoch. Zupełnie coś odmiennego niż typowe "ikeowskie" wnętrza. Super lokalizacja, właściciel pomocny, komunikacja przez whatsapp. Mimo centrum starego miasta w pokoju zupełnie cicho i ciemno- super warunki do spania.

It felt like I was staying in the Old Town decades ago as the room had stone walls, and was exquisitely decorated for that time. 50 yds. from the main cathedral.

Location, building, atmosphere, quietness right in the middle of the old town

As a recommendation, I would put some mosquito nets at the window because the mosquitos are coming in. Also I would change the bed, slight movements make a lot of noise at night

Ambience, friendly owners. Great location.

Just a couple of things they could do. Provide some dishwashing liquid and tea towel. Refill tea bags daily. Provide a small container of milk.
