The view was great Franca was lovely and very helpful

The bus line N7 wasn't great on a public holiday

Franca provided us with an extremely warm welcome when we arrived, giving us a tour and providing information for our stay, along with food & drink already in the fridge! The apartment is fantastic, 5 minutes out of the centre, overlooking Como. There was plenty of space for the two of us, and everywhere was very clean. Everything was well equipped and had clearly been thought of - it is these little touches that really go a long way, thank you! A comfy bed, spacious living area and bathroom and amazing views from each window, along with the terrace meant that we didn't want to leave the apartment! Overall, an amazing stay at a place that felt like a home away from home. Thank you Franca and we're already looking forward to returning.

The host was very welcoming & helpful, sent us directions on how to get there by train/bus from airport without us asking for it. The apartment was lovely and had a fantastic view of lake Como. We were provided with loads of food for breakfast and also a bottle of Prosecco (which was a surprise).

Nothing

We loved the fact that Franca picked us up from the train station, she had eggs, milk, orange juice, and water in the fridge for us and candies, chocolate, pastries, apples, tea, coffee, and more on the counters! Also a welcoming bottle of Prosecco! I don’t think I’ll ever stay at a better place.

The only thing to be wary of, and it didn’t bother us, if you’re walking to town, it’s a steep hill back to the apartment at the end of your journey. We walked everywhere we went so we weren’t bothered by a good hill to finish our day.

We had the most amazing trip! Franca had the perfect apartment in the perfect location. The view was breathtaking! and the facilities were beautiful!! we cannot wait to go back!

Franca was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. She greeted us with a smile and walked us through the apartment, and offered all the help we needed. She also showed us some of the attractions on the area and how to get to them. Thanks, Franca.

Franca was really lovely and explained to us useful ways to experience Lake Como. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything you could possibly need.

There wasn't anything I did not like. It was a joy to spend time here.
