Appartamento Franca

Franca’s apartment was perfect for a relaxing break in como, it is walking distance from the city centre and has the most beautiful views from the terrace. Franca provided everything we needed and more, including snacks, breakfast food and a bottle of Prosecco. She is a very knowledgeable host and was able to provide us with information about the area, restaurant recommendations and bus timings, she even dropped us at the train station at 6.45am for our train back to Milan. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay and would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing break in como.

Parking was a little tight

ca 15 min Fußweg von der Innenstadt, die Besitzerin war unglaublich lieb!!! würde ich immer wieder buchen. der Ausblick aus der Dachterrasse ist einfach unvergesslich.

Betoverend uitzicht over Como stad in appartement waar aan alles gedacht is. Ruim en zeer schoon en netjes. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw.

Appartement ligt aan een doorgaande weg waardoor het geraas van verkeer storend kan zijn. Wij hebben er nauwelijks last van gehad.

La terrasse et la vue sont vraiment incroyable ! La localisation à 2km du centre à pied est vraiment chouette, il faut quand même monter dans les hauteurs mais vraiment agréable Appartement joliment décorer, on a passé un bon séjour et j'espère y retourner

Rien d'important à signaler, à part la proximité de la route, c'est quand même assez bien isolé. Sinon je ne sais pas si c'était à cause de la climatisation, des petits bruits du plafond/toit

I had an incredible stay at a beautiful apartment in Como! The breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains were truly a highlight of my visit. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-appointed, making it a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. What truly made my experience exceptional was the host, Franca, who went above and beyond by leaving a delightful assortment of goodies for breakfast. Enjoying pastries and local treats while soaking in the views was a perfect way to start each day. The bus makes a stop steps away from the apartment, making it the easiest way to get into town. I highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Como!

Friendly Hosts ,and Excellent clean facilities

The 300m Walk to the bus stop...to the lower road. The 90m walk to the upper bus stop .road very busy no pedestrian paths. Public buses always available though

Franca is an amazing host - very kind and helpful. Property is in a great location to explore Como and the surrounding area. Franca had some groceries in the fridge when we arrived, the amenities in the apartment were great - washing machine, drying rack, good bathroom, and the large deck with an amazing view of the lake! An absolutely perfect stay - thank you Franca, we look forward to staying again!

Franca apartment is beautiful!!!Immaculately maintained with tasteful decor and cozy furnishings. Ever corner of the home offered comfort and serenity. We enjoying the morning coffee on the balcony with view to the lake Franca was exceptional, friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help with recommendations or anything I needed. Their passion for hosting was evident and made my stay all the more special. We highly recommend her house!!
