Franca was a perfect host. Providing information when asked and offering help when asked. We could not have had a better stay. As a first time visitor to Como her information was invaluable

Franca is such an amazing host. she is very kind and her house has everything even lake view! The house looks exactly the same as the pictures. she prepared everything including some food, snacks, drinks, maps, before we got there. she even picked us up at the train station and took us to the train station when we returned. I was very impressed by her kindness and her beautiful home. I met some pickpockets in Milan and it was annoying to walk around the city but because of some nice Italians like her wants me to go back there again :)

Das Apartment Ist gemütlich und mit Leidenschaft zum Detail eingerichtet! Wir haben uns direkt zu Hause und sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Balkon und der Ausblick sind unbeschreiblich. Alles ist vor Ort, um eine glückliche und erholsame Zeit zu genießen. Die liebe Franca Ist eine großartige Gastgeberin Und gibt einem eine detaillierte kurzweilige Einweisung zur Wohnung bei Ankunft, Und verrät viele kleine Details zur Umgebung - Und auch danach steht sie für Jede Frage oder Unterstützung zur Seite, falls diese benötigt wird. Wirklich einfach nur großartig!

Sollte man etwas eingeschränkt zu Fuß unterwegs sein, sind die letzten 400 m zum Apartment etwas herausfordernd. Dann würden wir den Bus für diese Personen empfehlen, der alle 10 Minuten fährt und direkt vom Apartment hält - also machen die Entscheidung. Wir sind aber jedes Mal gelaufen. Wir hatten Freude daran zum Apartment zu gehen und nach den letzten Metern Aufstieg dann den Blick vom Balkon zu genießen.

The location was great - we were looking for something with a view and to get that you need to get a bit out of Como Center and a bit up. So not super central but to us the location was just perfect. Franca our host was very kind and provided thorough information on the apartment and what to see in the neighbourhood, including recommendation for where to eat. She even provided breakfast and spumante in the fridge. The place was very clean and nicely decorated and we did not miss anything during our stay. I would absolutely consider coming back.

One needs to pay attention to the narrow road especially when coming from uphill it can be a difficult turn to make. The bedroom is close to the street and for some it may be a bit too noisy.

Everything and that the host gave extra attention to all details and provided some food and even a Prosecco !!

Everything! The owner,Franca, was extremely helpful on all matters and there wasn’t a single thing we couldn’t find (unlike many other self catering places we’ve stayed in). Franca had thought of everything,

Franca’s apartment was perfect for a relaxing break in como, it is walking distance from the city centre and has the most beautiful views from the terrace. Franca provided everything we needed and more, including snacks, breakfast food and a bottle of Prosecco. She is a very knowledgeable host and was able to provide us with information about the area, restaurant recommendations and bus timings, she even dropped us at the train station at 6.45am for our train back to Milan. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay and would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing break in como.
