I Due Grifoni Apartments

The location of these apartments is fantastic. Only 1 minutes' walk away from Porto Messina but far enough to avoid the noise of the old town. The apartment itself is great with plenty of space - everything is very well maintained and clean. The terrace of this apartment is a great bonus on sunny mornings! Special mention for the rooftop area which is amazing and a great place to spend an afternoon relaxing...

This property is exceptional with so many little extras part of your stay. Great location, clean and comfortable. Communication with host was from the beginning of booking was excellent and assistance on arrival was also appreciated.

Was confused by description that high floors were accessible by lift which was actually a disabled chair lift not elevator. Our problem not understanding the difference.

A great location and an excellent apartment with roof garden. Vincenzo was really nice to deal with.

Very spacious, great shower, all facilities for cooking eating and drinking. Host was very informative and helpful. Communicated well both in advance of us coming and on the day. The apartment was easy to and get into - old fashioned key for main door and apartment door. Apartment was quiet and peaceful, with no outside noise or inside noise which was very important to me as I am a light sleeper. And of course the location was simply amazing and perfect. Couldn't have asked for more. Minute walk to main gate to old town, all transport outside the apartment, main bus terminal 10 min walk. Little grocery shop two doors down and lots of restaurants just outside including an amazing pizza takeway few doors down which we used to save money - 8 euros for a large pizza that is enough for two. Tasted great too.

Two flight of stairs. For my wife it was tuff as she has knee problem. The main tv in the living room didn't work at all. The leather sofa base cushion kept sliding off. Couldn't really use it. The bed in one of the two rooms was very low and slightly difficult to get out of due to the slightly odd design.

Very invested, caring owner. Beautiful, well equipped Apartment in a very convenient location. We had three days of rain while visiting, but the apartment made us feel as though the sun was out!

Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Kitchen had all the essentials and everything required for an easy breakfast. Rooftop lounge area comfortable with great views. Located just outside the gates to the main tourist area but very quiet. Vincenzo very accommodating, assisted with transportation arrangements, restaurant recommendations and storing luggage.
