Superb location. Only about 150m from Umberto Corso. Close to gondola. Wonderful shady courtyard.cooking and Laundry facilities immaculate. Vincenzo our host was most helpful

great location

the stairs were a bit tough or my parents to get up, lucky the first floor had a seat stair access. the bags were carried up but the host did have someone to help us on arrival which was great

"Very pleasant stay in a ,spacious apartment in a super location"

We really our our stay there. Vincenzo was very helpful and friendly. All the amenities were great, very spacious and a great location. Was nice to be left with some culinary basics. Fantastic bakery next door. Super terrace with great views,lots of chairs and sun lounges and games..

The bathroom needs some prompt maintenance as there was mould on the walls and ceiling in a few places, and the shower grouting needs redoing. There was a constant drip from the bathroom sink tap. The bath towels need replacing. When the adjacent pizza oven chimney started up, there was some soot falling on to the terrace and it did sting our eyes a wee bit. We say this in the spirit of positivity as we enjoyed our stay but these small issues did detract a wee bit from our overall experience.

Perfect location, airy bright, beautifully furnished, comfortable. Privacy & peaceful. Everything you needed was provided. Very attentive host who simply could not do enough.
