Location is perfect with carpark, 5 min walk to city center, apartment very nice, host very friendly and responded direct

Secure parking in an underground garage was great.The lift was great so no stairs.Bed was comfortable and good curtains to block out light.Heating was adjustable and plenty of windows/doors to open for ventilation.Great hot shower.It was quite easy to walk to cafes and shops, old town was a little further.Supermarket 20min walk away, lidl open all day Sundays.Appartments were very quiet but might have been as there was an issue with the water pump for appt block earlier so people had left. Easy to exit and come into Cozenza from here.

Whats app map for check in was blurry so difficulty to work out where pin was set.Easier to say entrance to underground carpark adjacent to large carpark etc.Kitchenette had cupboards crammed with unnecessary things so objects were falling out.Work top was also crammed with things had to move coffee maker to be able to prepare food.With limited space would have been good to have removable work top also over sink.There was a phone linked to entrance of appartment and we had random people phoning us up.Stools to sit on in kitchenette were very wobbly.Too cold to use large terrace to eat out on.

Our stay in Cosenza was very pleasant, with a convenient central location that made it easy to explore the city. The parking beneath the building was a helpful feature, providing a safe and practical option for our car. Valerio, our host, was incredibly kind and attentive, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. His hospitality added a nice personal touch to our stay.

Great location for visiting Cosenza, very close to centre of town. Generous apartment with seperate bedroom, well appointed kitchen, nice balcony. Everything needed for a comfortable stay, with a self service laundromat downstairs. Safe parking in locked garage. Valerio was very helpful, meeting us to enable access to the garage and apartment, and to collect the keys when we left. Will stay again when back in Cosenza.

Despite our short stay, Valerio was an excellent host to us. He communicated well throughout our stay and even picked us up from the station which was a big help. He was also flexible with us with check in and check out. We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was well-kept, clean and comfortable overall. The location was great too. We certainly recommend Valerio's place to all travelers coming to Cosenza.

Everything was great. Only recommendation is to go easy on the air freshner in the apartment for those sensitive to smells.

Absolutely the best apartment that I rented in Italy. Honestly, if you need to work in Italy, this is a great spot. Comfortable in an amazing place in the city. The apartment is actually better than mine in San Diego! If in the area or want to rent something for longer in Italy close to everything, this is it. The owner is amazing, it has central air, the bed is amazing, the couch is great, the internet works amazing Not joking when I say the best. I forgot the shower is just awesome.

9:51 4 Safari く = 4G Reviews We had a very comfortable apartment, with underground parking, and it also had more than what we were expecting it to have as well. Everything you needed was self-catered, whether you wanted to cook there or just eat out. It was very spacious, clean, and it had a big verandah. It was close proximity to shops, restaurants and the old part of town as well. There's even a laundromat directly underneath the building, if you're needing to wash your clothes, and is open from early in the morning til late at night. The host also provided us with lots of snacks, water, and breakfast supplies, which he didn't have to do, but wanted to be generous regardless. They were easy to contact and responded fairly quickly as well. If we come back to this location again someday, will definitely keep this one in mind. It was a home away from home, that's for sure! Thank-you!
