This is by far and away one of the nicest places we have stayed and the host (Valerio) was fantastic!! Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Well stocked with water, snacks, etc; clean, and decorated beautifully. You’re missing out if you don’t stay here.

"Great spot would book again."

The apartment was great, very clean, modern, in a secure building, beds and pillows were comfortable and excellent location. Although the apartment is on a street it was sound proof. Host speaks italian and was very assessable if needed and we used google translate so it worked. One of the few places with a safe.

At Manu's we have been welcomed and treated like friends. It is a very tasteful apartment. Compact and yet complete. Two TV's, but we did not spend much time watching them. Outside terrace protects from sun and rain whilst it lets you enjoy the view on Cosenza and the pedestrians walking the large promenade. Easy parking in basement! Very close to city center, shops, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. Perfect base station for hikes in the Sila forests nearby. But .... what a host: one of a million; always available yet never intruding. Grazie mille Ed arrivederci!

"Beautiful and clean.Great location"

This residence was very clean and beautifully decorated. There are even little sweets left for us! The owner met us and is extremely helpful! There are stores and a restaurant at the street level, very convenient! Only a 5 minute walk to the center of Cosenza central where all the shops and eateries are located. Book here and you will be very happy

Excellent apartment, beds, design, climate control, coffee machine, balcony; host is very hospitable and gentle, apartment had all we needed, the best price-quality ratio.

All was great, it was one of the best my bookings in Italy for 2 years
