Great location

The second bedroom was 2 single mattresses of terrible quality instead of a large bed as stated. The staff were excellent at resolving this and swapping over the mattress. The furniture is very different from the photos and of cheaper quality. The lounge area is very unwelcoming. Dining chairs old and cracked.

"They should not run an apartment rental business."

I stayed in the LHP hotel few years ago and I had a wonderful experience. Despite the fact that the design of the apartment was similar to the one in the hotel, the experience was very bad. The most helpful and caring people we met were Santé and Andrea.

It was the first time ever that I asked to talk to the manager at the end of the stay. I was extremely disappointed and angry to spend so much money on this place. All the negative comment are very similar to mine which means nothing got improved - my conclusion is the hotel managers do not care. 1. We arrived late in the evening and we struggled with the parking. After my 2nd call to the hotel they said that they would take our car. The manager told me they have rules to take only cars of hotel guests, so be prepared you are a second category for them. At the end they had a parking spot and kept our car but already begging them to help is not ok. 2. Beds - the worst bed ever. We could feel all the metal springs, nothing lux. Was so bad that I pushed them to find a replacement after the first night. 3. Smell from the canalisation in the bathroom (especially from the separate bathroom). Disgusting smell of the urine (not humidity) coming up from the pipes after taking the shower. No product will help with this, most probably the error was made during the construction of the bathroom. The smell stays in the air for several hours. 4. Kitchen "which will meet all your culinary needs" had few ugly ikea forks and knifes and few random glasses. No Nespresso coffee machine, no dishwasher, no owen. The manager’s answer was: "was it mentioned in the description?". So be ready to wash dishes in this lux apartment and if you are 6, take your own glasses. 5. You have to ask for everything: a second key, change of a towel, extra soap, where to throw away the garbage. Nobody was checking on us.
