A localidade

Quando paguei ,estava escrito ( foto que vou colocar) que tinhamos um quarto separado. Quando chegamos era uma sala com um sofa e uma cama dentro...nos, nao estavamos casal e achei mal que na descriçao era falso. Contactei os funcionarios. Me disseram que sim, ha um erro na descriçao e vão mudar. Mas eu nao tive nenhum gesto comercial. Nada.

Nao estava descrito que era 3° andar sem elevador. Eram pessoas idosas com malas e tiveram dificuldade para chegar ao apartamento.
