The property is very near Pisa's main attractions but far enough for a more quiet experience. Close to local places. Carmen was very kind and attentive during the entire stay. Definitely recommend it.

The kitchen is a bit small, but it's perfect for preparing quick snacks and dishes.

Great location, restaurants and shop really close to the apartment. 15-20min walk from the tower. Nice bed, TV with streaming apps, equipped kitchen (but lack of electric kettle is noticeable). Loft in general is in good condition, some elements are giving clear signs of being used up. Overall nice stay

lack of electric kettle - there is kettle for induction cooker and it is OK, but it's not dedicated to the induction cooker and warms up standing on the proxy which extends the time of boiling. Shower cabin is leaking pretty bad from the corner, we were forced to use the mop after each shower because floor was flooded. Despite that the apartment is still nice value for money in the historical center of the town.

We booked this as a last minute accommodation due to our original one being unacceptable, the hosts could not have been more helpful and we were able to pick up the keys from the office immediately. The space was a great size with a comfy bed and sofa, the shower was also great!

Fantastic location, practically on the main street of pisa. Everything is within walking distance including the airport. Facilities were great, the apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need and the bed is super comfy as well as it having the TV in front of it for movie nights.

If I really had to nitpick I would say that it could have better pillows but that’s really all i can fault :)

Location is top, right in the city center, just around the corner from the main shopping street and close to central train station. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. Large Conad market is close by. The building itself with a yard is gated and allthough it doesn't say on the booking page, I could park my rented card inside the yard with no problem.

The apartment could use a renovation, some fresh paint, AC is not working proparly, some kitchen cabinets are broken. It is really hot in the apartment. The kitchenware and tableware is old and dirty. There is no salt, sugar etc. in the kitchen, you have to buy everything. The apartment was very poorly cleaned. There were even ants in the apartment and a lot of mosquitos.

The staff was really helpful when we couldn't hook-up to the wi-fi. I called them they came to the apartment within a half hour at no extra charge to connect us. I called another time for directions to the Conad supper market they answered the phone with no delay. It's a good market and only minutes away. Furthermore it's only a few minute walk to Corso Italia which is the main pedestrian walk with shops and restaurants on both sides. In fact, the apartment is only a 20 minute walk to the Leaning Tower. Very easy The shower was great and the toilet as well. It's a quiet neighborhood.

The kitchen lacked a decent coffee brewer and it's not ventilated well. Definitely not recommend for cooking. The bathroom lighting made it difficult to shave and my wife complained it was to dark to apply makeup. Also there is no full size mirror anywhere in the apartment.

the bathroom could be renovated as the shower cabin is leaking, the kitchen is also not fully equipped e.g.. no salt,no sugar, no wine glasses, lots of mosquitos in the appartment
