Everything you need is very close. The room was very clean.

Air conditioning can work more effectively. The fan was working very loudly.

The location was amazing , walking distance from the central station as well as all of Pisa’s prime attractions. It was spacious enough for three people and we had a comfortable stay for a week . We also really enjoyed the gated community as it made the place seem much safer . Overall , highly recommend.

The only issue we came upon was the cleanliness of some of the kitchen items. The coffee maker still had the filter and coffee grounds of previous tenants ( which seemed like it’s been a while ) , and the coffee cups weren’t washed well . Minor details but should be noted for other guests .
