The room was well-equipped, it was very clean, and the staff was kind and helpful

There was no real air-conditioner and it was a little far from the city-center.

Great self contained studio apartment located not to far from the station with plenty of food options near by. Good communication and hospitality from the owners!

We stayed in summer and it was very hot at night. We needed to have the windows open to allow the cool breeze in but the street below was very noisy

Everything was great. Clean place, near the train station and the bus stop. There is a verry nice restaurant right in front of the building and also a Carrefour. The host was also verry nice and ready to help. Definitely a good spot for visiting Cinque Terre.

Casa Minu is a great location if you're looking for a calm place to stay white visiting Cinque Terre. The train station is nearby (about 20 min walk) and it allows you to go to Riomaggiore in 7-8 min (by train). The host was super friendly and was available for anything that we needed. La Spezia is very calm, so it allows you to sleep and rest after long days of walking around. The space itself was clean and we had everything we needed. Bed was large and enough to fit 2 (tall) people. Would recommend to anyone visiting La Spezia or Cinque Terre.

Good location, easy walk to train station for Cinque Terre. Shops close by for supplies. Pleasant single room and bathroom.
