Muy amplia, limpia, bien equipada en inmejorable ubicación. El anfitrión muy atento.

L'appartement est très propre, très grand, calme. Davide est disponible et de très bon conseils. L'appartement est proche de la gare, ce qui nous a permis de visiter les "Cinque terre" très facilement. Il se situe sur l'artère centrale de La Spezia qui est piétonne.

A spacious apartment with all the comforts of home.

Vollkommen unkomplizierte Kommunikation, tolle Lage, super schöne Wohnung! Jeder Zeit wieder. Der Gastgeber ist immer sofort erreichbar und hilft sofort bei Bedarf. Meine Tochter und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great flat. Bedroom is in the back of the apartment and very quiet.

The toilet/bathroom door did not close properly

El piso tiene de todo: plancha, secador, lavadora, tendedero... Es muy cómodo y tiene un muy buen aire acondicionado, que en Agosto se agradece.

Subir 3 pisos a pie, que como son techos altos, son más 4 pisos...

Appartement très cosy, très belle décoration, literies très confortables, super bien situé près d'une jolie fontaine avec rues commerçantes, restaurants, gelateria, à 5 min à pied de la gare pour partir visiter les Cinque Terre. L'appartement est magnifique et très bien équipé. Le contact avec le propriétaire est parfait (très réactif, très gentil, plein de bons plans et très arrangeant)

Nous avons eu un petit souci avec la climatisation mais il ne faisait pas très chaud donc on a ouvert les fenêtres et je suis certaine que le propriétaire à déjà réglé le problème. Le frigo ne refroidit pas assez mais c'est un détail 😉 L'ajout d'un micro ondes serait super pratique.

A very comfortable apartment in an excellent location. A short walk to the train station, supermarket and some restaurants. The apartment was very quiet despite it's central location. We heard no street noise with the balcony door closed. The bed was large and very comfortable. Davide was a very responsive host. All in all a very pleasant stay in la Spezia.
