Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren und komfortablen Aufenthalt in Venedig. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt – alles war mit viel Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail vorbereitet. Gerne empfehlen wir diesen Ort weiter und hoffen, eines Tages zurückzukehren.

The place is original and clean. There wasn’t any written instructions on how to use the TV and the washing machine.

There wasn’t any mention that there is no elevator and being a recovered open heart surgery, I have to claim 74 stairs. Sometimes I avoided to go out

Problem is elevators. It’s was top floor which very difficult to bring up stairs. Bcz we go with family have more luggage. So I was so tried.. inside very very nice facility. Very good

Apartment is located in the heart of Mestre centre, so you can enjoy the atmosphere, local shops, market and restorants. Easy to get to the Venice from this apartment. The stuff was very polite and give you a lot of insightt details about traveling around, local restaurants etc.

Everything was great, but we were traveling with the toddler, as it is old Art Noveau house, there were very nice round windows that some of them was left at the begging open and little one was was very curious about them and went straight to the windows. We were worried, that he might fall out. Windows can be shut, and you can close it very tightly, so the toddler don't have a strenght to open them.

Access (we knew it was an attic without lift) the cots provided did not have mattress, only the very thin base

No parking space; Air condition work only in common division; Towels, bed linen not very fresh

The apartment is in the middle of Mestre and grants easy access to everything

Pretty much everything else about this apartment was terrible. It was dirty, poorly run, not maintained properly, no lift but on the 4th floor, old food left in the kitchen, dirty laundry in the bin, used toiletries in the bathroom...just gross.

Appartment was spacious and quiet and near services. Owner was very helpful and friendly, If we asked or needed anything, he responded and helped right away. Kitchen was very well equiped.

There was too much scented items for our taste. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable and squeeky. There could be more sofas on that big appartement. Watertemperature wasn't steady in the shower. Towels smelled moist.
