Attic Floor Venice Apartment

Spacious apartment, clean and good facilities. Very handy to have a washing machine and clothes drying rack.

There were a couple of items that were somewhat broken but still working (kettle, bedroom lamp).

Location and very spacious.

The kitchen could be more well equipped for cooking at home.

The flat was nice and spacious. I mainly loved the kitchen as it allowed me to cook and enjoy the TV from the living room ha ha. The location was beyond amazing, it was in the middle of the centrum of Mestre. Everything was super close, whenever it is shops, restaurants or even public transport. The flat was clean and nice. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to go around Mestre or even visit Venice as the trams are super close to the location.

Killer stairs but what do you do with old buildings.

Good location with easy access to the tram to Venice. Very spacious apartment, good heating. Important to note there are a lot of stairs!

Lacks professional management. The bathroom ceiling was rotten, shower stank and was mouldy, used towels in the washing basket.The bed sheets also smelt dank, they were drowned in fabric softener but that didn't help, makes sense when we found the previous guests sheets were still drying in the corner of the apartment. So much random stuff left by previous guests, the place needs a good clean out. For the cost I think you can do better in the area.

Location in Mestre center near the station and all the services. The rooms are big , baby bed was in the room.

No elevator , at the fifth floor , quite difficult with the luggage and the baby troller .
