The Apartment was very clean and tidy, The view was amazing. Cristina very kind and helpful and her granddaughter Alissia super active and nice

The small bed very tiny and couldn’t be used for an Adult.

Exceptional hospitality, we felt like home: very friendly hosts, they also offerred snacks and fruit. We enjoyed the balcony & the view. Spacious parking space, equipped kitchen.

All was great

When I say breathtaking view I really do not exaggerate. It was really hard to leave that terrace. The apparment is clean and comfy and also well equipped. The host is really nice and helpful with anything we needed.

The air conditioning was not working when we were there, but we received a ventillator what I used on the terrace to try to send some colder air into our room via the opened window, what worked kinda ok (it was really noisy). The problem is that the windows are looking to east, so the sun woke us up very early. Shutting the windows and the blinds stopped the air flowing so then started the sweating. We also had power outage twice in the kitchen, what caused the freezer to thaw.

La Luna di Cristina is owned by a lovely Grandmother Cristina who was a very positive and happy lady. Unfortunately we dont speak Italian so couldnt communicate well with her. The view of neigbouring Minori, the sea and mountains was beautiful as was the vegetable garden in front of the apartment, tended lovingly daily by Cristina and her husband.

Our booking request was initially managed by Rosella but when communicating via WhatsApp for more detail on our arrival we were told we would be met by Alessi and so had to repeat our ask for directions, parking instructions etc. Via a new WhatsApp number for Alessi. We specified a 4pm arrival time after an extremely nerve racking drive through the mountains to get there. We arrived at 4:06pm and Alessi was no where to be found. A neighbour told us where the Villa was and Cristina came and met us. Unfortunately we couldn't communicate well as our Italian is very poor and her English is non-existent. Alessi, we discovered is the granddaughter and also lives on site. She arrived that evening and when asked why she couldn't meet us, she was very hostile. We communicated with Alessi on day 2 to request the missing remote for air-conditioning, she advised she would come when she had finished eating dinner. When she arrived again she was hostile when I enquired why the remote was not available in the apartment. We requested the remote was left with us but unfortunately the air-conditioning unit kept showing an error, making beeping noises and stopping through the evening so we had to abandon it. We were not comfortable raising the issue again with Alessi. On departure we communicated with Alessi via WhatsApp to let her know we wanted to depart 8am and she advised she would come downstairs between 7:30 & 7:40am to collect parking fees - (10 Euro a night to park in their garage) and city taxes. For a second time Alessi didn't arrive as promised and we messaged via WhatsApp of our departure shortly after 8am and left the money for parking and city taxes as well as the key to the property on a table inside.

Great location in the spanish quartier. The host, Enzo was very helpful with everything.

Lovely welcome, nice touch was tea,coffee,milk fruit and some snacks left for us. The apartment is lovely and clean with a SPECTACULAR VIEW, and the little problem we had, help was only a phone call away. There is also a delivery service from the mini market, we didn't use this but thought it was a great idea as there are A LOT of steps from the centre to the house. But there is a regular local bus service so don't fear and the view is well worth the climb if you chose not to use the bus. There are lots of places to eat in the centre, and many have gluten-free options you just have to ask.

Mmm, not much to say here. The only thing we missed in the kitchen was a cheese grater for the lovely Parmigiano we bought. And better communication about what to do with the rubbish we accumulated ( just call and they will come pick it up )

location is up in the hill , if u driving then no problem , if not need to take the steps to center, nice view from there, can do light cooking , room was good , bed was good , near to amalfi town

parking 10euro per nite , tourist tax 3euro per night , i stayed 2nights , i paid 32euros for 2pax , ravello will be kinda boring town for youngsters

Everything was perfect. Christina is amazing woman…. Very clean. Was everything what need in this apartment. And the view just incredible….. we will come again. Thanks.
