Sono rimasto sorpreso del fatto che su Booking era scritto che nel costo dell’appartamento erano comprese anche le tasse (tasse incluse) ma ho dovuto pagare 12 € per tassa di soggiorno.

Posizione

Materasso vecchio, affossato, cuscini altissimi e duri. Appartamento che non sembrava per niente esser stato pulito. Terra su tutto il pavimento. Nessuna insonorizzazione, due notti a sentir gridare da sotto.

Asciugamani maleodoranti Posate, piatti e bicchieri sporchi In cucina niente per condire (no olio, no sale, niente scottex o tovaglioli, niente caffè, niente di niente). Rumoroso la notte Materasso sfondato.

Lokalizacja rewelacyjna!!!! pokój bardzo czysty. Kontakt z obsługą tylko przez watsap, ale odpowiadali bardzo szybko i precyzyjnie. Dodatkowy atut: możliwość bezpłatnego przechowania bagażu. Uwaga: pokój na 3. piętrze, bez windy, ale warto !

Nic - mimo opłaconej rezerwacji nie miałam możliwości skorzystania z noclegu.

Przy rezerwacji poinformowałam, że mój samolot ląduje o 21:30. Rezerwacja została przyjęta, a opłata za pobyt została pobrana z mojego rachunku bankowego. Przed przyjazdem wielokrotnie próbowałam skontaktować się z obiektem – zarówno telefonicznie, jak i poprzez czat – jednak wszystkie próby pozostały bez odpowiedzi. Dopiero dzień przed wylotem otrzymałam informację, że odbiór kluczy nie jest możliwy po godzinie 20:00. W tej sytuacji poinformowałam, że pierwszą noc spędzę w innym obiekcie. Następnego dnia pojawiłam się w obiekcie Marconi, gdzie okazało się, że moje niepojawienie się pierwszej nocy spowodowało anulowanie rezerwacji również na kolejną noc – bez jakiegokolwiek zwrotu kosztów. O całej sytuacji poinformowałam pracowników Booking, jednak poza wyrazami współczucia nie otrzymałam żadnej realnej pomocy. W efekcie zostałam narażona na wysokie koszty związane z koniecznością dokonania kolejnych rezerwacji w ostatniej chwili. Niestety nie mogę polecić tego obiektu.
