La ubicación, cerca tanto de la estación del tren como del centro histórico.

El ruido de los coches. Al estar en una avenida muy grande, se oyen los coches desde muy temprano

"Soggiorno comodo in centro a Bologna"

Ottima posizione centrale, apparentementl ben arredato, semplice e accogliente.

Letto un po’ affondato verso il centro ma tutto sommato siamo stati abbastanza comodi. Data la posizione centrale si sentiva molto rumore alle 3 e alle 4 di notte. I passanti alzavano la voce e quindi consiglierei un paio di tappi.

Essendo in una strada differente da dove si trova l'appartamento, abbiamo raggiunto il luogo del check in in macchina. Persona super cordiale e disponibile. Chiarissima nel dare le giuste e minime spiegazioni necessarie. Appartamento molto ben tenuto, pulito e davvero centrale restando fuori dal caos universitario. Completo di tutto e con tv disponibile sia in camera che in sala-soggiorno. Esistendo un parcheggio privato abbastanza vicino alla stazione, abbiamo deciso di raggiungere l alloggio con un bus (diretto dalla strada dell' alloggio).

Se posso, consiglierei una presa discretamente vicina al divano e una piccola lucina per poter dare la possibilità di leggere a chi resta a dormire sul divano senza dover necessariamente tenere tutto acceso. E forse aggiungerei un attaccapanni in entrata... Ma son solo piccoli accorgimenti in più...

Que el checkin no se podía hacer hasta las 15:00 h. Y te hacen pagar por guardar el equipaje.
