Views are magnificent from 2 terraces of mountains. Garden beautiful & apartment very clean & tidy. Best bathroom in Italy! Kitchenette cute & had everything we needed. Washing machine available downstairs. 5min walk to Lake & shops/cafes on foreshore. Alessandro provided great travel tips which we utilised (nice man).

My daughter was on the single bed & found the spring mattress a bit uncomfortable. Not a complaint just a comment.

Preuve par mesage WhatsApp que la chambre serait prête pour 15h nous avons du patienter jusque 16h dans le jardin, monsieur s'est présenté arrogant et ceinture défaite tirette de pantalon ouverte en plus. il a sa chambre dans l'appartement avec une porte qui donne dans le couloir nous l'avons decouvert parce que la dame qui nettoyais a oublié la fenêtre ouverte qui donne sur le même balcon j'ai posé la question a monsieur qui a immédiatement avec un ton sévère a la femme de nettoyage de fermer la fenêtre que fu ma surprise c'est qu'elle a ouvert la porte qui donne dans sa chambre qui n'avait pas l'air d'une porte Il voulait nous rembourser pour que nous quittons l'appartement sans ce soucier que nous n'avons pas ou se reloger Mon pire voyage de ma vie que je ne le souhaite à personne

Il bagno, la vista giardino, la tv, il parcheggio interno privato.

Spazio poco vivibile in cucina, andrebbe eliminato il terzo letto.

The apartment has two balconies with breathtaking outstanding views, I was loving sitting there late evenings on the balcony, listening to the birds, the babbling of a stream nearby and rustling trees. Even in the shower you will have a Mountain View! )

This is a total gem, located just so perfectly in Colico. All facilities are located very near by. The mountains surround you, and the bonus is 2 balconies to enjoy every aspect. Alessandro was the perfect host, welcoming us very warmly after a huge delay from the local train strike. Alessandro gave us so many tips to enjoy lake Como.

The location and views are amazing. The host is very helpful and communicative. Great parking, with self check-in and check-out options. I highly recommend it.
