Excellent location, 8mins walk to the train station, 3mins walk from the nearest shops&restaurants and from the lake. Nice mountain view from the flat's balconies.

No proper receipt or invoice could be provided by the owner. The apartment could do with a renovation. The owner has access to the flat via an interior stairway from his place (he lives downstairs) up to the second bedroom, which is locked however being part of the same flat there was always a strange feeling that someone else was present with us.

Great property with everything you could need for a short stay. It was lovely to have 2 balconies and access to the garden at the back. The apartment was only a 5-7 minutes walk to the ferry where we could access the other villages on the lake. Although after visiting the very busy and very touristy towns like Bellagio we were glad to come home to calmness of Colico.

the most amazing stay with the most amazing owner. he helped me with everything. I was in my worst situation possible and he helped me like his own daughter. It really gave me a lot of happiness staying in one of the most beautiful property available. it’s close to everywhere. don’t think twice for booking this place. go for it . I’m so glad I chose it and I’ll be going there again

Well equipped apartment. Beautiful setting with a garden close to lake and town centre. Alexandria very helpful and an excellent host. Highly recommended.

The apartment is so beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It has a wonderful views of the mountains. The bed is confy. Alessandro was very attentive and kind with us. Thank you! My husband and I had a good time in Colico.

in the apartment you have 2 balconies and view from them is magnificent. Alessandro was extremely helpful and was replying quickly.

Amazing area, the lake is close nearby. Beautiful view from the balconies towards the mountains. The host, Alessandro is very helpful. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need.
