O apartamento era muito aconchegante, limpo e com um bom aquecimento. A cordialidade do proprietário Andrea nos faz retornar seguramente.

La struttura si trova in un punto strategico che ti mermette di raggiungere con molta facilità molti luoghi di interesse. Il personale molto gentile e premuroso, soprattutto il proprietario che ha cercato di venire in contro ad ogni nostra esigenza. La camera era molto pulita e fornita del necessario. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

The sofa which we opened as bed wasn’t too much comfortable and the door for balcony allows some cold air to be in but also the heater is working well

Monolocale piccolo ma confortevole ben riscaldato e pulito , vicino a Dobbiaco e Cortina

Wir sind mit dem Fahrrad erst gegen 22.00 Uhr angereist, da wir den Anschlusszug nicht mehr bekamen. Der Hausmeister lies uns dann in das völlig leere Feriendomizil. Das einzig vermietete Apartment von vielen befand sich natürlich ganz oben…bepackt mit Fahrradtaschen sind wir durch das leere Haus gegeistert. Wir waren zu dritt und es gab nur zwei Bettdecken, ich habe dann eine kaputte verstaubte Decke genommen, wir hatten alle Hütten Schlafsäcke mit, somit war das kein Problem. Morgens sind wir 8.00 Uhr weiter gefahren, an der Rezeption baten wir um Kaffee, aber es gab nichts. Die Saison hat noch nicht begonnen, dies erklärte vieles. Wir sind definitiv eine Woche zu früh dort gewesen….Pech für uns. Der Vermieter hat sich aber erkundigt, ob wir denn angekommen wären, nett.

Very good price if you travel in a group of 5 people.

I have to pay 20 euros for cleaning service but even I left my room very clean, the receptionist required me to come back to throw the trash away myself, which made me miss the bus and I must wait for 3 more hours for the next bus, and I lost my chance to visit Val de Funnes too. Such a bad experience!

Terrible place. In addition to the given price, there are additional costs for cleaning and bedding! Even though you have paid for cleaning, the reception will tell you to remove the garbage😂The hotel is ugly and worn out. Elevators look like in some horror movie. In the room, instead of a double bed, there is a fold-out sofa, which creaks and move - completely unstable. Stained carpet, torn wallpaper, mismatched, movable lid on the toilet, leaking tap in the kitchen, hard stools to sit on. A default temperature that you can’t do anything about, even though there supposed to be air conditioning in the room. The view from the terrace is nice, BUT there is no furniture on the terrace and the lawnmower was running the whole Sunday evening!
