Very affordable and it was a nice distance from Cortina D‘Ampezzo

Had to pay for cleaning fee and linens separately which was a little weird but the hotel told us before we arrived. The hallways could use some maintenance as it was dark on the way to our room- felt a little haunted

"Budapest Grand Hotel" meets the hotel from "The Shining", in a good way :) The hotel's location is very convenient, with stunning views left, right, and center. The whole complex is huge. We visited the swimming pool and saunas - although everything is dated, we were not disappointed. The owner ensured we were satisfied with our stay via WhatsApp, which was a nice, personal touch.

The check-in with our receptionist was lengthy and confusing. Guests need to pay extra for each set of bed linen, and the staff kept misunderstanding how many sets we needed. It took three approaches until we nailed it. The double bed in our room had only one single duvet. Three out of five beds in our room were couches - if they were not so unstable and uncomfortable, it would be OK. The WiFi did not work.

Sitio muy anticuado, NO VALE LO QUE CUESTA. Todo está viejo y sucio. Tuvimos que dormir en un sofá, no nos dejaron utensilios de limpieza y nos obligaron a limpiar a pesar de llegar allí y que nos cobrasen un importe adicional de limpieza del que no nos habían hablado (22€) UN 0!! NO VAYÁIS!!!!!

il proprietario è molto attento. La posizione è bellissima e vicina a tutto. Sistemazioni in linea con i prezzi. Porta la biancheria da letto se vuoi risparmiare. I letti sono piccoli per persone alte come me, ma sono comodi. Grazie
