Good location, not far from the centre. Except the window overall a good looking modern apartment.

One of the window’s latch was broken and therefor it was not closed properly. At one point the window started to lean, it looked scary, asked the owner and he sent the neighbor who showed us that the window cannot fall. Overall I would not rent out the accomodation in that condition. The heating system not worked, it was cold in January.

The apartment was very modern and clean. The location was excellent. Our host was very helpful and the communication was excellent.

The apartment is on the third floor with no lift so if you have a lot of luggage it could be difficult.

​I really wanted to just move on from this experience, but I can't. There is a clear pattern in the reviews here: if you're lucky, your stay is fine. If you aren't, you lose your money and your peace of mind because the owner simply denies all issues. We checked in quickly, dropped our bags, and left. When we returned and pulled back the duvets, a stomach-turning stench of urine filled the entire room. The mattress was deeply soiled and completely unhygienic. A window was broken and left wide open with a "do not touch" warning—hardly secure or comfortable. We found previous guests' hair in the cabinets and an almost completely blocked shower drain. We couldn't use the bedroom at all. We spent a night on the couch before finding alternative accommodation the next morning (tried several hotels at midnight but even with 24/7 they check you in only in the morning).
