Céntrico estudio junto al Parque García Sanabria

Die Lage des Apartments ist super. Ruhig gelegen, in einem Altbau in der Nähe des schönsten Parks der Stadt und in einem Barrio, das alles hat, was man braucht. Das Apartment ist neu ausgebaut und schnörkellos funktional eingerichtet. Helle Farben, sehr angenehm und ästhetisch. Eine große Küchenzeile lädt zum Kochen ein, auch wenn der Einbau einer Spülmaschine die Freude am Kochen noch steigern würde...

Das Apartment hat einen großen Flachbildschirm mit Kabelanschluss. Wir hatten uns darauf gefreut, an Silvester dort einen Film zu schauen. Leider wollen alle dort angebotenen Kanäle (Netflix, Amazon, Disney, etc.), dass man zuerst ein Konto einrichtet und ein Abonnement abschließt. Die Sprache des Bedienungsmenüs ist seltsamerweise Rumänisch. Wir schlagen vor, ein NETFLIX Abonnement für 6,50 EUR/Monat abzuschließen, so dass die Gäste den großen Bildschirm unkompliziert genießen können.

Great location, near the beautiful park. I like to walk so getting around wasn't difficult and everything seemed rather close by. There is no elevator and the apartment is in the 3rd floor which might be uncomfortable for some but wasn't a problem at all for me. Really lovely kitchen with everything I needed.

Paper towels in the kitchen would have been nice.

Ruim appartement, proper, goede ligging in de stad. Modern afgewerkt. Dicht bij een mooi park.

Parking is echt heel moeilijk in deze stad. Soms veel straatlawaai zeker wanneer een bus of vrachtwagen dooorrijd. Ondanks dat het raam gesloten was. De douche afvoer zat ook nogal verstopt

Logement impeccable. Très propre et fonctionnel Serviette/tapis de bain à disposition. Toute les informations était bonnes. Propriétaire réactif et disponible. Répond rapidement

A very comfortable and cozy apartment located in a lovely part of town - the large park next to the building is simply amazing. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, the bathroom is nice, and the bedroom is extremely comfortable. There are only two things you may want to consider when choosing this accommodation: the lack of free parking nearby and the fact that it is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator. The host will recommend a few nearby parking options upon your arrival; we followed their advice, and everything worked out perfectly.
