well equipped and renovated good location to the city center

the building is old, neighbors are also renovating their apartments, so there is noises TV system is outdated so not possible to interacting to smartphones, sent inquiry to the host but no reply

great location. spacious, clean and modern. bed was super comfy. large walk in shower. overall felt bigger than pics suggest. perfect spot in Santa Cruz for so many places. felt secure and comfortable.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. Immediate answers. They informed us, when the apartment was ready, so we were able to accommodate ourselves also earlier. The apartment is very minimalistic, cozy with a perfect location. Extremely clean and spacious.

The pots in the kitchen should be already changed and we did miss air-conditioner. Besides these two things everything was perfect.
