Liberty house

Zeer mooi ingericht appartement gelegen op een uitstekende locatie. Vlakbij Isola di Ortigia.

Er zouden enkele reparaties uitgevoerd moeten worden zoals: -Sproeier van de douche zakt constant nr beneden. -enkele vloertegels liggen los. -boekenplank in de living hangt schuin ( losgekomen uit de muur).

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem historischen Mehtfamilienhaus, ist gut gestattet für eine Familie. Die Lage ist fußgngig ins Stadtzentrum und historische Altstadt Otrigia mit vielen Restaurants, Cafes und Eiksufsmöglichkeeiten.

Alles war in Ordnung für uns.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Beautiful decoration. Easy walk to Ortigia, mini market in front. We could do a self checkin late in the evening. Communication easy and efficient. They gave us a bottle of wine, water, and provided coffee. The kitchen is well equipped.

Parking can be challenging on the narrow streets. We didn't find a drying rack but it was not a big issue.

Nous avons séjourné à Liberty House et en sortons mitigés. L’emplacement est bon, rien à redire sur l’accès à la ville. En revanche, la climatisation ne suivait pas dans l’ensemble du condo : il faisait environ 25 °C à l’intérieur, et ce sans canicule, ce qui a rendu le séjour peu agréable. La cuisine est aussi sous-équipée pour préparer des repas simples. Au final, nous donnons 6–7/10. À notre avis, la cote 9,4 affichée correspond peut-être à une période antérieure, mais ne reflète plus la réalité que nous avons vécue.

We had a wonderful experience! The apartment was incredibly spacious, clean, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect, just a short walk from everything you need: shops, restaurants, and beautiful historical sites. The host was kind and always available to help with anything we needed. Their communication was fast and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful the apartment was. Another great bonus was the free parking — we always found a spot right in front of the building, which made everything even more convenient. Highly recommended — we would absolutely stay here again!

The only (very minor) issue we had was figuring out how to use the electric stove — it just required placing the pot correctly on the burner, but it took us a moment to understand how it worked. Nothing serious, just a bit confusing at first.
