Every comfort available, a good kitchen with everything you need (pots and pans, utensils, tea, coffee, olive oil, vinegar, herbs), a nice table and a couch, a good bed, a little patio, very quiet at night, waking up with birdsong, everything at walking distance, very private. Very helpful host, very knowledgable about the history of Arezzo, picked me up from the station and brought me there at the end of my stay

At first the heating was too high up, and one evening the children of the neighbours were rather loud, but that was quickly solved with a little patience and a text message to the host

Alloggio veramente vicino a tutti i punti visitabili del centro. Molto pulito e ordinato. Maurizio, il proprietario, è gentilissimo ed un grande appassionato della sua città: ci ha consigliato vari parcheggi nei paraggi e ci è anche venuto a prendere per accompagnarci alla casa. Durante il tragitto ci ha raccontato molte note storiche di Arezzo e personaggi aretini di rilievo come la migliore delle guide turistiche, inoltre ci ha consigliato sia sui luoghi da visitare che ristoranti in cui mangiare. Insomma un servio veramente scrupoloso a tutto tondo. Senza contare che ci ha anche riaccompagnato al parcheggio il giorno della partenza. Che dire... Eccezionale!

Very well located a few minutes’ walk from Piazza Grande and Via Corso. We walked easily from the Garbasso Car Park (very reasonably priced). We were met by Maurizio who provided us with an excellent overview of Arezzo, a very useful map, helpful information and recommendations. His knowledge of Arezzo, its history and attractions, is very extensive. The apartment was very comfortable; the rooms large, comfortable, light and airy with a small garden courtyard. The bathroom is excellently renovated. The bedroom was well furnished, the bed comfortable (with the extra pillows provided much appreciated) and lighting good. As a special bonus, the pillows were first-class; genuine pillows rather than flat bits of nothing often found in Italian bedrooms. The whole apartment was clean and well presented. The heating is automatically regulated and we were always comfortably warm in a December stay. Oh, and only four or five easy steps up from the entrance foyer so easily accessed. We would return in a heartbeat and fully recommend.

Posto situato in pieno centro, essenziale per noi che abbiamo 2 bimbi, per non fare tanti km a piedi. Struttura pulita e spaziosa dotata di tutti i servizi.

Casa con tutto io necessario e molto carina, il cortiletto interno pieno di piante è un plus Maurizio accoglie con care gentile e fornisce ottime indicazioni per visitare la citta

Appartamento bellissimo in centro , terrazza meravigliosa.Maurizio super gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, spero di tornare presto.

Maurizio was a wonderful host and took the time to give us lots of information about Arezzo which really enhanced our visit. The apartment is well equipped, well located and beautiful. We enjoyed the private garden for our meals.

The facilities within the apartment were excellent and the host had put real thought and attention to detail into what a guest would require and absolutely nailed it. The outside space was a real bonus and was a little haven. The location was excellent and enabled us to take in all that Arezzo had to offer.

The only drawback is the apartment is part of a residential building and as such the neighbours everyday lives are very much in evidence. Pushchairs on the stairway, smells of grease and smoking on the stairs but for us the screaming baby in the apartment next door together with the shouting of the other children within the complex and the general moving around of furniture led to sleepless nights. If unlike us you can overlook these things and are a heavy sleeper you will have a fabulous time.
