Maurizio was so helpful and welcoming and gave us lots of info on the city. Location was perfect and the apartment was so lovely.

Clean & Comfortable is very important to me. This gorgeous apartment was both! Maurizio Sbragi is the host with the most! After parking the car, Maurizio picked us, and our luggage up, took us to the apartment, helped us settle in, and told us all about everything Arezzo. He was always a WhatsApp away and after 4 glorious nights, I knew that I would have to come back and stay there again. My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer. Next time I will.

How can you find anything wrong with ?

This must be the best equipped accommodation we have ever stayed in - it has almost everything you could need. The apartment is much bigger than it looks in the photos and the living/dining/kitchen room gets morning sun through a small walled courtyard with tables and chairs and pots of flowers and herbs. The bed has a memory foam mattress and the apartment is furnished with antique style furniture as well as contemporary art. It is a short walk from Piazza Grande but feels like part of an everyday local neighbourhood. Maurizio is a proud Aretino and is happy to tell you all about Arezzo's history and its treasures.

Well appointed,comfortable very clean apartment with all mod cons in a super location with a courtyard garden. Great welcome from the host, who went out of his way to make us welcome.

Perfect location close to the centre and a 5 minute walk to the Piazza Grande. The apartment is excellent. Comfortable with all facilities provided. Our host, Maurizio, was extremely helpful and informative regarding historical sites to visit and all local amenities. We were travelling by train and he kindly met us at the railway station and dropped us back there at the end of our stay.

Maurizio is a wonderful host. He contacted us well in advance, confirming that were able to receive information from him via WhatsApp prior to our arrival in Arezzo. Maurizio collected us from the station and was unconcerned when our train was delayed and he had to come later than originally expected. He also dropped us at the station at the end of our stay. He was very helpful once we arrived at the apartment - showing us around and giving us some history behind Arezzo, pointing out places of interest and giving us ideas of where to eat, etc. The apartment is well equipped with all sorts of useful tourist information as well. Let’s now talk about this lovely, spacious apartment! Decorated with antiques and modern artwork it is large, comfortably furnished AND has a lovely garden terrace for enjoying the outdoors. It is located in a quiet location in the “centro storico” yet is close to everything. The area is very steep and the streets very narrow - charming! We had a great time in Apartment fra le Torri and certainly found some wonderful places to eat nearby. We highly recommend Maurizio as a Host, and are very grateful for his generosity, friendship and kindness.

The location is perfect! Everything was easily reached on foot. Mairizio (Bini) is wonderful! He quickly replied to all texts and when I arrived, he met me at the parking garage he recommended. He also took the time to tell me the history of Arezzo and gave excellent recommendations for what to see and where to eat! The accommodations were spacious, clean and comfortable! I would stay here again!
