The apartment was amazing. Davide was so very helpful and most kind. He left us a delicious tart and a bottle of Prosecco. He helped us with our train queries and much more. We had a great stay and would recommend this to everyone.

"Quiet, Convenient, Comfortable Stay"

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. The queen beds were comfortable, while the twin and sofa were reportedly just okay. The "master" bath really is tiny, but it has everything needed. The other bathroom is much larger. The kitchen is well-stocked and the table is spacious. The apartment has great flow, a ton of windows, and felt very safe. We heard little outside noise at all. The hosts were gracious, meeting us well after our expected arrival when we met delays.

I can't think of any negatives. I would stay here again!

"Beautiful apartment in the heart of Parma"

Very nice, comfortable apartment just a few minutes walk to train station and to the center of Parma. Beautifully designed with two full bedrooms and baths so it was perfect for our group of two couples. There was a nice welcome cake and bottle of wine plus a very helpful list of recommendations for things to do, restaurants, markets, etc. We had a small issue with the dryer and the management team was very responsive.

"Superb"

We needed accommodation with 3 bedrooms close to the old town of Parma and parking facilities close by. This apartment met all our needs.

The lighting throughout the apartment could have been a bit brighter but this is a minor flaw.

Perfect place to stay in Parma - great location, spacious and well appointed. There were only 2 of us here but plenty of room for larger groupds. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Parma!

Not a problem for me but most Americans might be accustomed to a larger elevator
