Everything! The hosts were exceptional. Welcoming with a torte and bottle of champagne for our engagement party. My son planned on asking his girlfriend to marry him at Torrechiara Castello the next day. The place was impeccably clean. It had comfortable beds and wonderful AC for the hot August days when we came back to refresh ourselves and sleep. It was secure and beautiful place. I particularly loved the Buddhist prayer flags I could see in the outside apartment from our kitchen window. The value was also good for five people.

The parking… we paid for parking but then had to park in a garage because the streets were full.

Convenient location near the centre of Parma. Hosts were very responsive to any questions / concerns and even provided a parking pass to allow us to park our rental car on the street. There was a lively welcome tarte and bottle of Prosecco. Comfortable beds and secluded from the second bedroom (we were two couples travelling together). Very clean and spacious.

Finding parking on the street was definitely an issue at most times of the day and the nearby parking garage was difficult to navigate (very tight turning to enter and leave with a mid sized car).

Fantastic find in the historic center of Parma. Beautifully remodeled very spacious apartment with all of the amenities. Welcome gifts. Don’t even consider a hotel, this beats top hotels and is a few minute walk from the Doumo. Best Airbnb or Booking.com place I have stayed in Italy and I’ve been coming to Italy for work the past 6 years. Only stayed 1 night while passing through Parma but wish I was staying much longer.

I have absolutely no negatives about this property. Fantastic stay.

Super friendly host Davide. The location is perfect for a short walk to the center of town. Comfortable and very clean apartment. We were a group of five women and had a very enjoyable stay.

A mirror in each bedroom would make this even more perfect. The main bedroom has a big mirror, and so do the bathrooms.

Clean, spacious apartment, felt like home. Davide extremely helpful host. Smooth checkin process. We arrived early but he managed to ensure room ready in time. Treats left in room for our stay. Easy walk to Parma center.

We stayed 4 nights at Emanuela’s 3 bedroom apartment in Parma and thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment is on the second floor and serviced by an elevator. It is a luxury retreat in the heart of Parma, in a very quiet and safe area. It’s spotlessly clean, well renovated, stylish and spacious. It is perfectly located in the city centre of Parma for easy walks into town and only a 10 minute easy walk from the train station. The beds are large and comfortable and there is a big sofa to relax on in the living area. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need to cook in (there is also a full size fridge and freezer).There is a small laundry room containing a washer and dryer, with iron & ironing board. Emanuela and her son Davide were lovely hosts and provided us with local tips and information on areas to visit. They provided bottled water, a bottle of Prosecco and a local dessert pie as welcome gifts, which was a nice touch and much appreciated. We can highly recommend the apartment and would happily stay there again when visiting Parma.

The front bedroom has a tiny ensuite (shower with toilet and small basin), which we didn’t use as you can hardly move. This may be an issue if the apartment is occupied by two couples. We used the main bathroom so it wasn’t an issue. I also found the main bathroom to be quite dark and the mirror above the vanity is very high (so may be an issue if you are less than 6ft tall).
