La Casetta Superior

We loved staying at La Casetta. The location is perfect for exploring the area, travelling to Rome or just taking in the amazing view of the lake from the terrace. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. There is a fabulous fruit and veg shop two minutes away and a small supermarket 5 min away. Was enough for us to make lunch/dinner a few times and kitchen fine for simple cooking. We really appreciated the coffee and coffee machine. The host, Giovanna, couldn’t be more helpful and kind. We highly recommend this place to stay and would love to return..

The apartment is not just charming; it goes beyond. Super clean, the most outstanding view from the large terrace. Quiet and tranquil. As an Energy Healer, I felt grounded and inspired. Perfect for a couple, even though there is a sofabed in the lounge, I suggest you keep it a romantic getaway for just two. Comfi bed, good quality bed linen, powerful shower, everything super clean. The host communicated really well. Took time to explain everything to me. And to my surprise, I found a beautiful tray of fruit and local pasticcini, (assorted, freshly baked Italian biscuits). I think this has been one of my best travel experiences in a long time. I've already convinced my daughter to visit and I will also be returning next month with another close friend. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

WiFi not so good. Limited range and speed. You can get the basics done, but if you plan to work while you are there, then be prepared. But frankly speaking, if you stay here and want to work, then there is something wrong with you Hahaha. I'm glad the Wifi didn't work so well. It helped me enjoy where I was instead. Perhaps this is the host's intention.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à La Casetta. L’appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, propre. Il est encore mieux que sur les photos ! Et que dire de cette vue sur le lac… Waouh ! (Les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse, au soleil, pour bien commencer la journée) Giovanna a pris soin de nous du début à la fin, afin que nous passions les meilleurs vacances possibles. Merci à elle. Nous sommes venus à Castel Gandolfo en train depuis Rome. Nous avons profité du calme et de la beauté de cette ville. Vous ne serez pas déçus en venant ici ! Nous recommanderons La Casetta à nos familles et nos amis !

Bella struttura, comoda e spaziosa, all’inizio del corso di Castel Gandolfo con accesso a livello strada e senza scale. Terrazza stupenda con vista lago, bagno e doccia ampia, letti comodi. Cucina fornita di tutto l’occorrente per cucinare, anche zucchero, olio, sale, etc… Host accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Cesto di frutta e biscottini come benvenuto. Siamo stati molto bene e ci siamo sentiti a casa. Diversi parcheggi gratuiti o a pagamento nei paraggi.

Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno a Castel Gandolfo, e questo appartamento ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più speciale. L’appartamento è molto spazioso, ben curato e dotato di ogni comfort: cucina completa e attrezzata, bagno pulito e funzionale, camera da letto piccola ma accogliente. Il vero punto forte è lo splendido terrazzo con vista sul Lago Albano, che regala un paesaggio di grande tranquillità e serenità. La casa è silenziosa nonostante si trovi a pochi minuti dalla piazza centrale del borgo. Non dispone di parcheggio privato, ma si trova facilmente posto nelle strisce blu. Un ringraziamento speciale a Giovanna, gentilissima e sempre disponibile, che ci ha accolto con dei dolcini di benvenuto facendoci sentire subito a casa. Consigliatissimo

Large apartment/house in the town. Large open deck with great view of the lake etc. many restaurants within 100 metres. Great host, Giovanna, who meets you and is always available.
