It was clean

There was no internet connection, it barely worked the whole time we were there. Staff did not try to rectify the problem. No iron was provided until after we left

Very modern, clean, and beautiful apartment in excellent, central location. Staff was very responsive to our needs. Would stay here again.

Not a dislike but a suggestion for making the experience even better. We would have liked to have guest booklet add pages providing simple instructions on operating state of the art cooling system and kitchen appliances, such as induction cooktop and ovens. Washer/dryer in one appliance difficult for Americans to understand since we don’t have a single unit in USA. Illustrated instructions or video through WhatsApp would be very helpful.

WiFi works only in the living room

Upon arrival the staff confirmed a specific time to meet. We arrived 5 min early. They were 45 min late. They didn’t really communicate they were going to be late. They simply replied they were on the way. Very unprofessional. The air conditioning didn’t work well. A light was flickering in the kitchen. Upon check in we pointed it out. The staff promised someone would come the next day and no one ever came.

WiFi is a little slow. But I think that’s because the geographical location of Como

Location is excellent! We enjoyed our time in Como even though the weather wasn't the best.

The rooms didn't heat too well. The bathroom sink had a chique glass & wood design, but the wood was rotted in some places and produced a foul odor. Suggest replacing it with a more traditional porcelain that would last a lot longer. Kitchen stove operation..... I took a while to figure it out. Suggest including some laminated instructions in the booklet.

Very clean and well presented with a spacious layout.
