The Wifi doesnt quite work

Spacious and clean

No complimentary tea or coffee,l The tv wasn’t working and the WiFi worked the first day and not after that at all.

Great location, modern, easy access.

Amazing place the only issue is WiFi but all other is prefect I will book it again very soon

The apartment was perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed the quiet residential building and feeling of security. We would stay there again and happily recommend to family/friends. The location was excellent!

We would have liked maybe a wall mirror or long mirror in the bedroom and possibly a couple hooks on the back of the bedroom and bathroom door. Our daughter said the sofa bed had a significant dip in the middle.

The greeting and exit was easy. Allowing us to park temporarily at the building was an added benefit, really appreciated that. The apartment was chic and provided plenty of room for us. Access to the washer and dryer was a bonus. We were in Italy for 10 days.

We recently booked an apartment on Lake Como for one night through Booking.com, advertised at $155. However, we were shocked to be charged $380 due to an undisclosed cleaning fee of 160 EUR. This fee was never mentioned upfront and felt like a scam. After we contacted the host, they agreed to reduce the fee to 110 EUR, which shows that this fee is flexible. However, even this reduced amount is excessive for a one-night stay, especially since we left the apartment in pristine condition. We have videos proving the immaculate state in which we left the apartment. This unexpected charge almost ruined our vacation and could severely impact travelers on a budget. We urge other users to be cautious and thoroughly check for any hidden fees before booking. We also demand that Booking.com take action to prevent such practices and ensure all costs are transparently disclosed to protect its users. Stay vigilant to avoid such unpleasant surprises!
