Amazing location right in the heart of como directly located near water, restaurants and shopping. Only a 10min walk from the train station. Super nice freshly renovated rooms. Great amenities. One of our favorite stays in Italy. Could definitely have stayed longer.

Beautifully designed apartment in a gorgeous villa. Centrally located and a short walk from the Como train and bus stations, and lake itself. Very clean. Great amenities in kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Nice and quiet in the night.

There were two TV screens in the living room but neither of them had access to normal TV channels (no local stations or common english language news channels). It could only be used if you had specific apps downloaded, or accounts to them. The host told us in order to use the large screen we had to download special apps which we didn't want to do just for that stay, and the small screen was meant to have access to free local channels, but after 2 days of trying it did not, not even youtube. So that was very disappointing. The check-in process requires you to fill in a lot (too much) of personal information about yourself and each traveller to go on the rental company's database, in order to then get information sent on where to go to get the keys, etc. This was only disclosed after the full payment was taken with no refund. So we didn't like that whole process. That was on top of the standard booking.com reservation process.

Loved it. Has everything needed. Very nice design and near everything.

The apartment is very nice and the location is excellent. The designer invested a lot in fine details.

The check in was not smooth: we recived a wrong code for the entrance and it took a long time to get the right one. A few amenities did not work, the mirror had cracks and nobody adviced us in advance. Wifi was very slow or not working sometimes.

spacious, clean and well laid out. air conditioning worked well, handy location near ferry terminal.

the lift wasn’t working the first day so difficult with access and heavy luggage however fixed the next day.
