Attico with swimming pool

L’accueil de Gisèle, la vue, le confort avec la climatisation très appréciable, la piscine, la proximité du lac, des sentiers de randonnées et des commodités tout en étant au calme!

Il manquait des bacs à glaçons mais sinon rien à dire!

Malgré notre arrivée tardive, la personne qui nous a accueillie était souriante et a pris le temps de nous faire visiter l'appartement situe au 2eme et dernier étage, sans ascenseur mais avec des escaliers confortables, d'un petit immeuble au calme. Propreté impeccable, 1 terrasse cote cuisine + 1 très grand balcon avec de beaux aperçus sur le lac, parfait pour l'apéro du soir. Nous avons pu nous rendre depuis Lenno vers les grands classiques de visites du lac de Come, à pieds ou en bateau, sans prendre notre voiture, ce qui fut pour nous une très belle surprise. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans ce logement.

The apartment is even better than the pictures. We had an amazing time. It has everything you need. Walking distance from a supermarket and restaurants. The staff was super attentive. We'll come back

Very nice apartment to stay with a private parking and pool. I couldn’t find a place smaller for me and my wife so booked this place - it was huge for us two - but it would be a great deal for groups of 4-6 people. Has fully equipped large kitchen and lovely views from all 3 balconies. 5-8 minutes walk to the boat dock that can take you anywhere on the shore by boat and ferry service. Lovely restaurants around the dock area and a good pizza place to TAKEAWAY close to the villa ( called Ranch ). Overall it was great except its too big for 2 people 😁.

All great besides I’ve never seen so many light switches 🤦🏼‍♂️, literally every room had 2 or 3 of the 6 piece switches and it took time to turn on the actual light you need in a room 😁

The location was pretty good, short walk into the town. Pool was ok.

There is no way this property is 4 star. It is 3 star at best. The AC unit in the living room continuously leaked water and we had to move the TV which was underneath it as it was a safety risk. We reported it to our contact but nothing was done. The door handles on both sides of the front door kept falling off which is another safety risk. The sink flooded every time the dishwasher or washing machine were turned on. The internet was almost useless. The only way to turn the light on in the kitchen was by twisting the light bulb. The fridge intermittently made a very loud clicking noise. Finally, the power kept cutting out and we had to go outside and down the drive to switch the fuse back on.

For the price it is good value for money. It could be easily improved by replacing/ adding more kitchen equipment, most of what is there is damaged/ dirty needs replacing. Great small pool but could be improved by providing pool towels and sun loungers as there is no where to sit by the pool.

Air conditioning in living room leaking badly cannot use as it drips on to the television below.

Balcony with views across to Lake Como. Walking distance from centre of Lenno. Comfortable accommodation with a dedicated parking space.

The swimming pool came in handy for the warmer days and it was close to supermarket within 5 min
