Very quiet, near to ferry… supermarket near by…

It s spacious and light

The TV remote was not working which we informed the host on the very evening we arrived, the remote need new batteries, however it was never replaced, so no TV for the children for 4 days.

We choose the apartment because of it's proximity to the Como lake and being on the side which attracted the sun rays in the Morning. The apartment is located in the quiet and closed area, separated from the rest of the village, therefore You can catch more residential impression. Big plus are the balconies - from the both side of the building. Apartment is spacious, we stayed with the family 2+2 and everyone had enough area for himself. Kitchen/living area are well equipped, we easily prepared all dishes. Great point is that the hiking trail to one of the peaks starts just at the accomodation place (You simply just go up and reach Monte Crocione - after couple of hours hike, naturally). The James Bond/Star Wars Como Lake Villa is ca 15minites walk away, too. Very good place for backed off holidays

Because of the residential area - You just shall behave more "usual" , then when staying in a holiday resort - which may be a challenge with small children - however neighbours were very accepting. Apartment shall had been cleaned much better before our arrival - we can imagine that the reason was that we stayed during the low season. You shall also ask before reserving whether the pool is open - I guess it is available only from spring time.

Vacationed for one week with my family with three children. Loved the hotel and the location too. Traveled by car, we were happy with the parking space. The main places of the city in walking distance. The only thing that made us sad was the complete absence of any means for washing dishes and cleaning in the kitchen. Well and soap and shampoo in the shower. We arrived late, had to buy everything the next day. Otherwise everything was fine.

Private parking was ideal and safe. Amazing view to the lake from balcony. The apartment was clear and full equipped for family

All. Dirty everywhere. Mold in the shower and on the wall in the living room. Dirty dishes, dirty windows, dirty fridge. Broken wardrobe. Broken window blind. Old furniture. We should have reported it to booking, but we didn't want to waste time, which was not enough. We do not recommend.

it is good for the families with kids. 3 bedrooms is hard to find.

furniture and equipment are not in very good state. it is not pleasant to sit in the old couch or use old wooden cooking spoon. check in was difficult. pool with no sun beds, 2nd floor without elevator..
